purpose
As the pandemic recedes, the educational system is slowly moving towards normalcy. But close analysis shows that the level of foundational literacy has in fact decreased. According to the Annual Status of Education Report (2022), India’s 5- to 16-year-old students’ fundamental reading and math skills have dramatically declined. JPF is committed to building a resilient education system, especially in the post-pandemic era, with the goal of #Education4All.
We aspire to raise funds that will support the education needs of 215 students and infrastructure development across five Jnana Prabodhini centers in India.

JPF's Appeal for Manipur
Ethnic violence broke out in Manipur in early May, resulting in over 200 deaths and countless migrations. The gravity of the issue became more visible after a video of a mob assaulting two women surfaced on the Internet recently. 😔
One long-term solution to this complex issue is providing quality education to the youth of Manipur. 🎒 We are currently supporting 14 students from Manipur at our Solapur center and aspire to increase this number to 30 next year. We envision these students growing up to lead their communities and propel Manipur forward.
