LEARN INDIA 2026
Holistic Education for Equitable Futures
Socio-economic disparities in the rural-urban divide and the gender gap influence rural literacy in India. Since 2020, JPF has supported education for 2100+ students through donations exceeding $600,000.
Our work has retained children in schools, brought digital and vocational skills to remote villages, mentored adolescents, spread the joy of reading, and taken learning to nomadic communities across rural Maharashtra.
Learn India 2026 aims to continue funding the ongoing educational projects, and support new education projects to make education availability, accessibility and affordability in rural Maharashtra.
This year, we plan to raise $100,000 to support 300+ students

Our Purpose
Learn India Campaign 2026 is targeting to provide financial support for educational and vocational training projects by Jnana Prabodhini for rural and under-resourced communities in India.
The approach taken by Jnana Prabodhini along with JPF uniquely combines experiential education with holistic personality development. Our holistic approach builds motivation alongside practical skills and social responsibility in students by nurturing physical, intellectual, and emotional growth. Our work is supported by donations that provide scholarships, safe accommodation for girls, and meals to overcome barriers to learning for rural and under-resourced students. This approach helps develop agency in students, enabling them to make decisions, take action independently, and contribute to broader social change.
